Lordswood unluckily lost to Sittingbourne tonight (Thursday) in their third pre-season friendly. Dominic Elmes gave the Lords the lead with a well taken lobbed finish before Sittingbourne equalised with 8 minutes of the 1st half remaining. The customary changes followed throughout the second half and with less than 5 minutes remaining a Sittingbourne striker found himself in acres of space in the box to finish in the top corner. Full time 2-1 and Lordswood next face Folestone Invicta at home on Saturday. Kick off at Martyn Grove is 3pm
